When you pull up, there are two homes — one on the left and one on the right. This is the brown/tan house on the left.
Park in front of the home in the gravel area only — do NOT park on the cement.
The main gate is #1, the sliding glass door is #3, and the alternative gate #2 is used by pool techs and for trash access.

A private pool (~6 feet deep) with an attached jacuzzi. Both are fenced for privacy.
Want it heated?
Pool heating is available with 48 hours' notice for $350 per day. Call or text 714-794-2566 to arrange.
Jacuzzi help
If the jacuzzi isn't responding, message us — we can open and adjust it remotely.
Private cedar sauna on the back patio. Perfect for stargazing recovery.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property. $300 fee.
No candles, incense, or other open flames inside.
No parties, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or large gatherings. 18+ to book.
Max 4 guests. Extras = $20/night/person.
Dogs welcome (max 2, approved in advance, $40/pet/night). Service animals & ESAs exempt from fee.
⚠️ Never leave your pet outside — there are wild coyotes in the area.
