Navigate to 4655 Avalon Ave, Yucca Valley, CA 92284.

When you pull up, there are two homes — one on the left and one on the right. This is the brown/tan house on the left.

Park in front of the home in the gravel area only — do NOT park on the cement (there's a parking sign). Both homes share the lot, so double-check you're at the brown/tan house on the LEFT before you enter the gate.

The main gate is #1, the sliding glass door is #3, and the alternative gate #2 is used by pool techs and for trash access.

The door has a Schlage smart lock. Your unique door code is sent to you by email or text message on the day of arrival.

House Rules

Keep the AC at 69°F or Above

Please do not lower the AC under 69°. The unit will freeze, and you will be out of AC for your entire stay. We will not be able to get it fixed because we have to schedule an AC company to come out, and it takes a minimum of a week. Please, please, please do not lower it under 69°.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property. $300 fee.

No Open Flames

No candles, incense, or other open flames inside.

No Parties

No parties, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or large gatherings. 18+ to book.

Guest Count

Max 4 guests. Extras = $20/night/person.

Pets

Dogs welcome (max 2, approved in advance, $40/pet/night). Service animals & ESAs exempt from fee.

⚠️ Never leave your pet outside — there are wild coyotes in the area.

How do I get inside?

Is the pool heated?
Not by default — heating is $350/day with 48 hours' notice. Call or text 714-794-2566 to arrange.
How does the jacuzzi work?
If you need help, message us — we can open and adjust it remotely. Don't worry about operating the panel yourself.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes, for $65 each. Call or text 714-794-2566 to arrange. Unapproved late checkouts are $75 per 30 minutes after 11 AM.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — dogs only, max 2, approved in advance, $40/pet/night. Service animals and ESAs are exempt from the fee.
How do I turn on the sauna?
It's an infrared sauna and it's all yours: use the remote inside the sauna to turn it on and set the temperature. Give it 10–15 minutes to warm up.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes, with 48 hours notice, for $350 per day. Text us before your stay. The pool is not heated by default. The pool is cleaned every Friday.
The shower isn't getting hot
Turn it to cold first, wait about 2 minutes, then switch to hot and give it about 5 minutes.
Where is the breaker?
On the left side of the property. The grey ENPHASE box is the solar system, not the breaker, please don't open it.
When is trash day?
Friday. Bins go out by the alternate gate (#2). If your stay covers a Friday, we'll handle it, just keep the bags in the bins.
What about the propane tank?
It's near the front alternate gate and the gas company refills it, so you never need to touch it.
Are there cameras?
Two exterior cameras only: one above the sliding door out front and one on the back patio. None face the pool or jacuzzi.
Is mail delivered?
No. Use a nearby UPS Store or USPS for any mail or packages.

Before You Leave

  1. Turn off all lights, AC, and any outdoor equipment
  2. Close and lock all doors and windows
  3. Check for belongings in the bedrooms, bathroom, and common areas
  4. Out by 11:00 AM — late checkout is $75 per 30 minutes if not pre-arranged
Items left behind can be shipped back at your cost plus a $50 handling fee. We hold them for 5 days.
